  • An excellent option for anyone who has access to a full gym and is a beginner to advanced exerciser. Perfect for those just getting back in the gym, wanting to maximize their time, and not wanting to think about what they should do.

  • An 8 week plan, 3 days a week, 30-60 minutes. Customizable based on the time you have in any given day!

    1 push day, 1 pull day and 1 full body (push and pull) day. This program progresses in intensity every 2 weeks so you can get familiar with the movements and get stronger!

  • $39 one time fee, keep it forever!

    This program is delivered through Train Heroic. Once you purchase the program, an email will be sent to you to sign up for the free app and you’ll be ready to go!

  • Access to a full gym is recommended. This can also work for you at home if you have access to dumbbells/kettlebells, a bench and resistance bands.

HomeBody Built

  • A great option for anyone who has does not have access to a gym and is a beginner to intermediate exerciser. Perfect for those just getting started with exercise, with limited time in a day or week, and with no equipment.

  • An 8 week plan, 2 days a week, 15-30 minutes. Customizable based on the time you have in any given day!

    1 push day and 1 pull day. This program progresses in intensity every 2 weeks so you can get familiar with the movements and get stronger!

  • $29 one time fee, keep it forever!

    This program is delivered through Train Heroic. Once you purchase the program, an email will be sent to you to sign up for the free app and you’ll be ready to go!

  • No equipment is required for these workouts. Resistance bands are recommended. Here are some I recommend.

BRt On-Demand At-Home or Gym

  • This is the best option for customizable workouts. If you’re someone with specific goals, recovering or working through an injury or want feedback on a regular basis, this is for you!

  • Every 4 weeks you’ll receive up to 3 workouts a week ranging anywhere from 15-60 minutes long. The duration of the workout will be determined after discussing your goals during a 30 minute consultation included in the price of your first month.

  • $200 a month. Cancel anytime.

    This program is delivered through Train Heroic. Once you purchase the program, an email will be sent to you to sign up for the free app and you’ll be ready to go!

  • Required or recommended equipment will be determined after our consultation.

  • A 30 minute consultation is included in your first months subscription cost to determine how to best suit your programming for you. After the first month, a monthly 15 minute check in is included in your monthly subscription to go over any questions/concerns or adjustments needed.
