In Person

Join me in person at Blue Room for personalized workouts. In person sessions can help you stay accountable and help motivate you to continue training! Technique is very important to prevent injury and coming in person is the best option for making sure proper technique is being used for any exercise. Being in person also means being able to easily adjust your workout on the spot, whether you need to ramp things up or down or something doesn’t feel quite right. We’ll go through the traditional strength training phases of hypertrophy, strength and power and utilize different exercise styles to supplement these phases. The different exercise styles used include but are not limited to weightlifting, mobility, yoga, pilates, plyometrics and stability work. We work through all planes and ranges of motion and use the Bridge Tracker app to track your progress.

Have a schedule with strange hours or travel for work? Or maybe you already have a gym membership but find yourself a little lost once you get there. I’ll send pre-written workouts to you every month via the Bridge Athletic app. In this program I can set workouts with videos for each exercise so you can feel confident wherever you may be working out.
