Wellness with Ashantis
Ashantis JonesI’m Ashantis Jones (she/they) — I’m a Licensed Therapist, Mental Health + Recovery Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Educator, & Digital Creator. I’m a queer, cis(ish)-Black woman with AuDHD & fibromyalgia. Whether this is the beginning of your recovery journey or not, I’m hopeful that our time together will help you start to live with purpose and intention. Everyone’s journey is different since we all have different lived experiences and life goals. As a therapist, coach, educator, and trainer, my goal is to provide you with the support, education, and resources you need to achieve your goals. This means you will always be in the driver's seat and should be ready to commit to being your own biggest cheerleader. Utilizing pillars of intersectional and person-centered therapeutic approaches, we will focus on how you can foster self-love and healing. In my free time, you can find me resting (gotta recharge my spoons!) and enjoying time with my loved ones.
Ashantis will be filling in for me during my maternity leave!
Lavender Lifting
Jess GriffinHi, I’m Jess (she/her), and I am excited to share the joy of strength training with you! For years I tried different forms of exercise. I hated running, I liked kickboxing but felt it was hard to see progress, I found group classes to be overwhelming… Then one day I started lifting with just some dumbbells at home and my life has been changed forever! In 2020 I started my long journey to become a strength coach.
My background as a community organizer has played an unexpected role in my approach, which is focused on helping you figure out your path so you can build a life-long positive relationship to exercise.
In a world where we’re constantly told to be smaller, it feels good to grow.
Jess will be filling in for me during my maternity leave!
