We’ll meet (virtually or in person) to discuss your needs before a plan is provided. This program is updated every 8 weeks and is personalized to you.

How does this work?

Once you purchase a BRt On-Demand plan, an email from will be sent to you to register for the app that delivers your programming, Train Heroic. Here’s what happens next:

  1. You download and register on the Train Heroic app using the email you used when you purchased the plan

  2. You start workouts at Week 1 and progress from there. You’ll have the ability to enter the amount of reps you do, the weight you use, choose alternative exercises based on equipment availability/ability and see the progress you’ve made as you go along.

  3. Every 8 weeks, you’ll receive an email from BRT On-Demand that the program you chose was updated with new exercises which will be reflected in the app.
