How does this work?
Once you purchase a BRt On-Demand plan, an email from will be sent to you to register for the app that delivers your programming, Train Heroic. Here’s what happens next:
You download and register on the Train Heroic app using the email you used when you purchased the plan
You start workouts at Week 1 and progress from there. You’ll have the ability to enter the amount of reps you do, the weight you use, choose alternative exercises based on equipment availability/ability and see the progress you’ve made as you go along.
Every 8 weeks, you’ll receive an email from BRT On-Demand that the program you chose was updated with new exercises which will be reflected in the app.

Every 8 weeks you’ll receive an email updating you on the next workout regimen. You can send feedback through the Train Heroic app or reply to the email with any questions. Add a picture or video to show me how you’re getting on!

You’ll receive an email from BRT On-Demand when the programming has changed. Programs change over every 8 weeks for all plans.

1. Log into the TrainHeroic mobile app.
2. Click on your profile image on the lower right and then select the settings gear on the top right.
3. Select 'My Training'
4. Select the trashcan icon to the right of the Team/Program to cancel your subscription or trial
5. Select 'Delete' and confirm your cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your official cancel date will be reflected below the team name and you will have access for the remainder of your billing period. You will NOT be billed moving forward.

All BRT On-Demand programs will stay the same throughout 8 weeks. All subscribers have the ability to use alternate exercises that are built into the each program. Rep counts, and difficulty will every 2 weeks. This gives you plenty of time to familiarize yourself and see progress with each exercise.

You can sign up whenever you’d like. If you sign up for a plan after the 8 weeks have started (for example 2 weeks into a month), you have two options - 1. start at week 1 and continue from there until the programming changes over or 2. jump into the programming on whatever week we are on! Meaning your first program may be the full 8 weeks or may be shorter depending on when you signed up. No matter what, you are getting the same amount of programming.

Every body and mind is different. Some people may start to see physical changes in their body in the form of muscle definition and others may not. Others may experience a clearer mind or less stress. Just because you can’t see a physical change, does not mean you are not getting stronger. Similarly, just because you still feel stressed does not mean you aren’t helping your stress levels. While I cannot guarantee that you will see changes, I can guarantee that you will feel change happening. Most people notice the difference in daily life activities first like carrying the groceries and then progress to feeling stronger in the gym.

No equipment is required for the At-Home On-Demand program. You can make do with items around your house or with your body weight. However, if you’d like access to resistance bands or other minor equipment, you can find a list of recommendations here.
If you’re signing up for the Gym On-Demand program, you will need access to a full gym.
